The client

Founded in 2008, Riverlite has grown organically by providing mission critical IT in simple, scalable and robust models via their comprehensive suite of managed services.

For the second year running, Riverlite has been shortlisted as ‘SMB Reseller of the Year’ by CRN Channel Awards. The CRN Channel Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in the UK IT market.

The challenge

To meet its long-term business goals, Riverlite required a complete rebrand and approached specialist IT and Tech agency Trigger Marketing.

The solution

Trigger Marketing developed and created a new brand identity and messaging to communicate Riverlite’s expertise, values, and professionalism. Customer-facing collateral, including a new website, customer case studies, new services and proposition collateral, branded merchandise, and new brand guidelines. Internally, a new staff handbook was produced, and the headquarters offices received a complete revamp with signage and graphics throughout.

The results

The rebranding strategy was a huge success, with excellent feedback from Riverlite customers and employees. The new brand identity and messaging helped Riverlite to differentiate itself from its competitors and establish itself as a leading IT services provider in the UK. As part of a launch PR campaign, Trigger Marketing entered Riverlite into the prestigious CRN awards, of which they received a recognition award for SMB Reseller of the Year. Riverlite was acquired in 2022.
